i just weighted myself and i'm 138.8, i'm so happy i guess not eating after 8 is working cause today, i had a candy cane(again,i know christmas is not totally over yet) some rice and chicken, a cup of lemon tea, 15 pieces of french fries, yogurt and dentine gum.

i workout for at least 30 mins everyday, my arms are killing me from that gilad total body scult workout gosh, but i love that pain cause it will pay off n_n

i forget what i eat!

so my friend and i are each others food diary and we text each other whatever we eat
i think this is a great idea because i learn how to control myself, cause even if i eat and don't text her she will know because my body will show it1

on tuesday i was with her the whole day but we still text eventhough we knew what we ate
i texted he " i had some boiled yam and a piece of grilled chicken, a cup of tea and a wheat toast and water" then i get a text from her that said ' what happened to the donut you had earlier' OMG i was so shocked that i had forgotten about that and it was the last very fatten food that i ate, then later at night i remembered that i had a candy cane and texted her and she was like 'anything else you forgot you ate'.

EMU




i did some online shopping and my order came today


i ordered my comfy little emu from endless.com, they had a free overnight delivery so i ordered monday and tuesday at 11 ups was here


i'm so happy, and it's getting so cold these days i really needed them


TRAGEDY

i gained 1lb, why? 'cause i'm always snacking at night, i so everything good during the day, i even follow my plan and then night time comes and i just eat whatever :(

i had some african sweet bread and dried mango that my filipino friend bought me urrg i feel so bad, i know i can do this i'm so weak when it comes to food , it's so sad.

from now on, when i get home it's shower, brush teeth first so i won't linger around and be tempted

Wow my friend just asked to diet with her cause she wants to lord some weight (duh!) but u'm so happy cause i'm getting more motivation! that's awesome :
i'm really motivated this week, if i don't put any effort in my diet i will not have any good result; therefore, i shall workout and eat healthy.
my sister is also dieting so it's two of us hehehe competition, checking who is eating what and etc
i hope i lose at least 4 pounds this week!

i've promised my friend that by january 20 i'll ve 10 pounds lighter which will be 129 so i have a lot of work to do!

this is me now i am at a starting eeight of 139.4 lbs , i took these pics while working out.
i did some of the workout on tv ex. sharon mann and all star workout
breakfast is oatmeal (little sugar and milk, this is the only way i cn eat oatmeal, it might change)
lunch will be turkey sandwich with lettuce and lemon juice
yogurt for snack
dinner will be a chicken ceasar wrap in spinach wrap
i feel like eating this the whole week because when i try to change or have a diversity of food i tend to overeat or just fall of track so i'm just eating that until i know how to contrl myself and prepare good food

healthy me

now that school's over, i'vve decided to restart my diet for the nth time
and this blog and i will be the only ppl to know i'm dieting cause my family and friends are tired of hearing me talk about DIET!

also i want to clear my face of my acne and scars cause it's disturbing, especialy when i was stressing over finals arrg, anyways, i got some cetaphil products at the drugstore today: a cleanser and moistrurizer, i hope it work later i'll get mederma(i heard it's very very good for the scars)

so i'm starting at a 140 lbs and i'm 5'2
i checked my BMI and i'm suppose to be between 105 and 134
my goal weight is 110lbs, i give myself until my birthday may 29 to reach it and surprise everyone with a weight loss kourney video hehehe

FINALY, WINTER BREAK

i thought it was never gonna come, but it's here :)
i was so stressed from school (i'm always stressed anyways, hehe)
i think i have a concentration problem, i used to think it was procrastination
but this semester i had the time and calm room o do my work but i still waited to the last minute to do my project and study for my finals :(
i'll try to work in that concentration problem!
