soompi inspiration

soompi is my fav web/forum, nd one of the members in the health forum showed her pic after losing 8lbs and she also shared her diet and reading and seeing this, i'm so happy and hype to continue my diet.

i've really being dieting like seriously dieting for a week now and i'm 137.6 lb

i haven't lost much but i'm happy and hope to lose the 30 lbs i'm going for


i've decided to be a lacto-ovo(pescan) vegeterian, i'll eat fish, egg and milk( cause i need it)

this is my lunch today veggie stir fry (brocoli,carrots, tofu, mushrooms, and a bit of rice)

i'm loading up on grain and veggies cause it'll help me lose weight

excercise wise i don't over do it cause i basicaly walk 1hr everyday except on weekends

so at night i do abs, thighs and arm excercise

that's about it, i;ll post some pic hopefully next week!
